Ongoing Offerings

Our center offers a rich array of weekly ongoing offerings free to the public. No prior meditation experience required to attend. Most programs offer meditation instruction upon request. All are welcome.

Open Public Sitting Hours

Tuesdays — 5:30 pm-6:30 pm. sitting and walking meditation*
Thursdays — 12:00 noon-1:00 pm. sitting and walking meditation*

We alternate periods of meditation with shorter periods of walking meditation.
You are invited to join us for all or any portion of our practice time. All traditions are welcome. Donations of any size greatly appreciated.

*Free meditation instruction is available at these times and at other times by chance or appointment. We offer free meditation instruction on request, any day of the week. Email shambhala.whiteriver@gmail.com to make arrangements if you are interested in meditation instruction.
